Mono Monday

With the theme of small.  This little snowman is in a small garden on the grounds of the hospital where I work.  The garden is in memory of children that didn't get to go home from the hospital.  It is tucked into a grove of rhododendron, pine trees and other flowering shrubs and ground covers.  It twists and turns and there are several benches for sitting.  People leave little trinkets and memories.  It's quite sad but also quite sweet and peaceful. There is always something new and I often will sit and have lunch on one of the benches when the weather is kinder than it has been.
