We're so done with White

White is the weekly theme - might get a couple of snow shots this week because more is in the forecast!  I took this and the extras through the car windows just after noon as we drove home from town.  It was like driving in a blizzard!  Interesting how the amount of snow on the ground varies in different parts of the island.
There was a message from Krista waiting for us when we got home, asking if we could FaceTime because it's her day off.  She's at a horse show in California.  It was great to have a chance to talk with her!  She flies home on Friday, celebrates her 21st birthday on Saturday, then goes to Maui with the rest of the family on Sunday.  Whew!  Sure looking forward to seeing her and the rest of them sometime soon. 
How can we possibly have a granddaughter who's going to be 21 in a few days?  We barely feel old enough to be her parents!  The advantages of being young parents and young grandparents....  :)
