Went to a meeting this morning in sports kit so I could go straight to yoga. No-one batted an eyelid. Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a new norm.

At football after work, Tiago slid into the wall and, briefly, knocked himself out. He was a bit confused for a while and had a huge bump until the sports centre staff's ice pack brought it down. Despite the head injury, he wasn't a priority for an ambulance and so the quickest way to get him seen was for D to take him to A&E. Seems crazy. hoping that he is all OK.
