Paternoster Square

The 2100 daffs installed up by St Paul's Cathedral represent each Marie Curie cancer nurse. They collectively care for 32,000 people a year with the terminal illness.

If you are in the square it's also worth having a good look at the Elizabeth Frink sculpture 'Paternoster' (extra attached). I like Elizabeth's work and it amuses me that each one of her human faces hold a certain resemblance to herself.

Not true of the animals fortunately, but boy does that woman do marvellous sheep.
