Walking in the garden

Visited my friend who has dementia today.  She has now moved into a home as the family were finding it difficult to cope.  Her husband recently came out of hospital and so he has joined her.  They both love it and I can see him staying too - no worries about cooking, cleaning and washing.  They were both pleased to see me, but no doubt she will have forgotten I have visited by tomorrow.  There was a lovely happy atmosphere everywhere and this animal was prowling in the garden.  Fortunately their dog has gone to live with a daughter and he too has settled in well.
