River Bed

Took to my bed early again last night - managed to stay awake for most of the day - and walk around Goit Stock

M&C called round this afternoon - went for beer and curry - home and back in bed for 7.30pm

Good to be sleeping in my own bed after 6 weeks away - but would now prefer to be in it less - not a fan of jet lag
