Fabri-cobbling with Christopher

Another maximally enjoyable day of "fabri-cobbling" with my son, Christopher.
During the week he had made most of the parts to complete the side rails for Transit roof rack we started last Sunday.
Today the last tack weld was made to complete the initial assembly.
Now Chris will go back over the whole project to fully weld each and every joint. 
Then comes painting and floor panels, then finally the installation on the roof of his Transit Van.
The completed rack is 9 feet (2.7 meters) long.
