I contacted someone in the Winchester Community Council about the bollards and they sent me this information.

"The idea for the painted bollards came from two local artists, Jenny Muncaster and Rachael Alexandra, from the Colour Factory . Some of the bollards have been designed by local community groups."

The photo is taken with the new camera so I haven't had to be on the floor to take it as it has a fold out monitor. My other camera has a UV filter on it hence the photos taken with it today were brighter but I thought that you would expect a photo taken with it.

The things that made me smile: Milo is much much better and is back to his usual bouncing on all 4 paws self
