Moon

Lovely clear, cold afternoon with the moon quite clear in the sky.  Have  finally treated myself to a new Canon Powershot camera with a decent zoom so this pic was mainly to test it out.  I'm quite impressed with the detail although I'm sure it would be even sharper with a tripod and some actual understanding of what the camera settings mean!   Canon did kindly provide a 250 page pdf file of instructions but that's just not going to happen. I prefer the old trial and error method.
