Wine-o

A full day of wine tastings at five different estates in the three major wine regions surrounding Cape Town (Paarl, Frenchoek, Stellenbosch) meant that in the end, a full nose of Cabernet made me nauseous... but still very happy. Our driver was a fantastic guy named Cledwyn who generously shared local wine lore with us and was patient as the our hosts from Massachusetts called him Cleveland, Cleland, or Clemson but never Cledwyn. We should really have used those spit bowls...
