Cast in stone

(Not the foto I intended to post, having trouble again with SD card not reading.  Laptop says it needs to be formatted,  which wipes all fotos.  Tried different card readers and different PCs.  Does anyone have any other ideas?    Any SD cards known to be reliable?  Sign me "frustrated")
