Very hot coals
Nice and toasty inside, awfully cold outside. -10 tonight. At least the wind isn't blowing any longer. I just love having the woodstove going when it's cold like this.
RedRiderGirl and I got our hair done today and we did some shopping for fabric to make a new saddle pad for Commeuter. He'll be stylish when we are done with him. We ended up choosing a bright pink and green in two different fabrics that we'll quilt up. As we were in line to pay and leave, the customer behind me had an absolutely to die for piece of fabric. So, we came back later (we were late for the hair appointment as it was) and bought some of that. I'll quilt it up into a pad to add to the silent auction things that we will use to raise money for our chapter of Pony Club. I'll try to remember to blip the pads when we finish with them. Of course, all this sewing well have to happen between working, being the taxi driver for two teenage girls (no licenses at our house yet, unlike you Scintilla...congrats to Calico by the way!), mom to 6 pets, Master's classes and homework,....ah... the list goes on and on!
Tomorrow I'm off to Anchorage in the freezing cold, I love Alaska in December!
