No deliveroo

After a lot of faffing at home we eventually got out for our long run, 8 miles today. It felt a bit daunting but we mapped out a route with a longer section in Richmond Park. The weather was far from ideal but it was good to get out and it was a good run.

Shopping ended up later than usual and this deliveroo driver was not delivering at all. The guy next to him didn't even look up.
