Visitors who enhance life

My nephew Thomas visiting from Canada was meant to be welcomed to my home and have time to sight see in Edinburgh. Instead he arrived to an empty house, had to cook for himself and spent most of his time with me in the hospital. It was a time of serious and frivolous discussion, silence and fun, rare to have such concentrated time with the generation below.
