BLUE CMC17 (Day 4)

These little glass birds live in a windowsill in my kitchen. They catch the light and just make me happy. It's the little "happy spots" that make some days bearable.
It's been a day of burning off land, picking up rocks, and Chasin' chickens! :-). I did reserve my birthday present today: 5 French black copper maran baby chicks! Their eggs are rich chocolate brown and the best for baking! The co-op will call next week and tell me when they ship!
Hubs is a lucky guy! No diamonds for me!! GIVE ME CHICKENS!!! (Birthday is a few weeks away) ( Anyone know of a chickens anonymous group?? :-)
