That Kinda Day

I've had sleep problems for a long time.  Eventually diagnosed with Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome, I've been using a specially designed dental appliance for over 9 years.  Over the past year, I've had trouble staying  asleep.  My new specialist ordered an overnight pulse/oximetry test.

She called me a few minutes ago.  Turns out that my oxygen levels drop significantly during the night, likely the trigger for my awakening every couple of hours.  She's ordering oxygen for me to use when I sleep.  Ahh...it's always something!
