Dreich and grey (Day 660)

Showers of rain swept past as I wandered up the hill with the dogs this morning, and it was much colder than yesterday.
I dropped the dogs at home and headed to town to change a kitchen tap, which took longer than expected. I was further delayed by stopping in at the builder's merchant to get a few things. It is always busy on Saturday and there are never enough staff.
Back home again I carried on with the shower room, stopping for a walk out to Breckness in the rain. It has been pretty wet and horrible all day.
The plus points of the day are that the shower enclosure is now fitted and my beautiful wife presented me with a fabulous roast chicken for dinner.
