Bad feather day?

He's not looking his best at the moment, but his appetite is good! Poor little robin is weathering the winds and rain and staying close to the house. 
Perhaps he is one of the robins that flew in from Scandinavia earlier this winter? (I didn't realise that some of them emigrate until I read Michael Morpurgo's book on robins "Coming Home", published last Christmas.)
