Where would we be without a backpack!

Some ladies go out for the day with a handbag .... not me .... I'm a backpack person.  I like my hands to be free for taking the odd photograph or two. My bag was heavy today ... I had an extra waterproof jacket, my book, camera case, woolly head band, gloves and scarf ... you can't pack all that in a handbag!

I was glad to put it on the floor while L and I listened to the lunchtime organ recital in the Kelvingrove Art Galleries. Good music today with a mixture of classical and contemporary pieces ... my favourite piece today was Elgar's Nimrod.  The recital starts at 1 o'clock and only lasts half an hour and it's FREE!
