Parkrun

I was volunteering again this morning (handing out the finishing tokens) and decided I'd run the 4km there and 4km back for my daily workout.

This was the start. I'm always a bit envious when I see the other runners starting but without us volunteers I guess the event would struggle to go ahead.

MrsT & L were out at a roller disco Birthday party for one of L's (school) friends then into swimming. This allowed me to clean the house. The joys.

I also prepared a nice dinner for my two girls.
