.....him bottom right was bearing a feathery, nest-lining gift for her on the left.......maybe it's the avian equivalent of an IKEA Billy bookcase.....anyway, it seemed to work ;-) Oh, and in other bird-related news, Mrs Backyard Blackbird has just seen off a whopping great wood pigeon from the shed roof, feathers were definitely ruffled.....and it's chicken and chickpea curry for tea.......
