I am so entering Bill in the terrier racing at Moreton Show next year!!!

A top day out and the sun shone all afternoon. Numerous possible blips of Isobel, the clown from last year, tractors and JCB diggers (they can dance don't you know!) but reckoned I might not get something like this one again!

It was one of the semi finals and I reckon the chap with the lure wasn't quick enough off the mark, so the terrier on the left caught it virtually as soon as they were out of the trap - however the plucky Border on the right wasn't going to give up the prize quite so easily!

And there are definite advantages to taking the invalid on his crutches. I'd dropped him off near the entrance and as the rest of us approached we saw a blonde haired jodphur wearing lady approach him and see a bit of chat and smiling going on. So you can imagine the conversation amongst us! Turns out she had some complimentary tickets - that he got given. Result!
