The Mr Men series - wouldn't he make the perfect contender? Mr Larry... I think he would! Each day he gains a new feather & each day he turns up & comes forward to greet me.... soon he'll be by my side whenever I'm outside & I won't need to look for him.

Ollie today was hilarious... that's his son, remember :) He's exploring the garage & earlier he flew onto my shoulder, I turned my head & we both stared at each other, I opened my mouth the same time he opened his beak, I sang out 'Ollie Ollie Ollie you're so handsome' & he sang too... not sure what he said, but it must have been profound as we both stopped at the same time & looked at one another again.... we then had an *understanding*, a small spark of *knowing*, the same understanding I had with his grandfather Larry Legs & his father Little Larry, the understanding that we'd look out for one another & always be friends no matter what... :) Feathery xxx's
