Taken At Orangjestad Aruba at the Wilhelmina Park named after the Dutch Queen.
The inscription reads
How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment to improve the world.
How sad that Anne Frank lost her life at a Nazi concentration camp but became famous for her wonderful diaries.
There is also a statue of Queen Wilhelmina in the park as well.
