Unicorn

My working day started in Stockport. 

I got there far too early early and had a bit of a walk around the town centre. I know very little about how the town developed over time, but it's surprisingly hilly, the old part looks pretty sad, the railway station is well away from the centre, the bus station is somewhere else entirely, the town hall is somewhere else again. Somehow it lacks coherence. 

A highlight is the Robinson's brewery building.  It has some confidence about it. And it brews a good beer, although I haven't had a pint for some time.

So that was the start of the day. Busy thereafter. Thank goodness it is the weekend !

Oh - and can someone clip that branch, it spoils the shot !
