Under the weather

Why do people who want you to do things then put blocks in the way?

I'm too old experienced to fight - I'll just wait until they remove the blocks. (I think the business term for that is passive aggression. Or perhaps it's constructive early retirement.)

Anyway it was good to see these very unexpected primary colours on the way home even if it was too cold for anyone to shelter from the rain underneath them.
