Poster Boy

The posters have arrived for the Crohn’s and Colitis UK Walk in Swansea.  This was the walk I created 2 years ago, we’re aiming to increase the numbers and make it even better this year.

Training was good, but hard work.  I weighed, and I’ve lost a stone since Wednesday.  LOL!  Me thinks the hospital weighing scales are a bit wrong, I thought there was no way I could have put on the amount of weight that they said.

Miserable day weather wise, constant rain and it looks like the same for the weekend.
