Skirrid

And so this morning I went for a stroll up Skirrid with J.  Made it reasonably early, only a few cars in the car park.  The path was muddy and awkward, particularly on the way down, a layer of wet slippery mud over polished rocks on the steep slopes.  But the effort was worthwhile, watching the Buzzards tumbling and circling.  The skies were ideal for a few black and whites and gave glorious views in all directions from the our return from the trig. point.
