Early Morning Sun

I found the prettiest geranium at Costco yesterday and could not bear to think about life without it. Into the shopping cart it went, and it is now sitting on the BBQ, making me smile every time I look at it.

After my first cup of coffee and reading the paper this morning, I noticed the early morning sun shining on my treasure. Of course, I had to go out and capture that beauty. (the extra was what brought me out)

I am grateful to be awake to enjoy the early morning light that shines so beautifully.
