Think I'm getting the knack of the sour dough bread. It's actually quite forgiving and feels a tiny bit like a science experiment sometimes.

This one is linseed, sunflower seed, cranberry and walnut.

I'm so happy it's Friday - but boy these weeks whizz by!
I did a 5km this morning so I've got tired legs :)
