Sketch no. 78 - my daily tweet - ha ha

Tomorrow I have to up very early to go and help marshal at an ITU Triathlon event in Strathclyde Park. It is a great event, open to all ages, plus elite athletes, and for the first time Para-triathletes. If you fancy something to do on a Sunday you should head down and cheer on the athletes :)

There is one problem this year.... the water quality at the loch is so poor due to the wet weather we've been having, that the triathlon has turned into a duathlon (run - bike - run).

Anyway if I had a twitter account, this is what I would be tweeting :)
