At one with nature number &%~*

I cannot remember how many at 'ones' we are up to.....
People not from the UK I must explain 'sticks of rock' as shown in yesterdays blip... it is a huge stick of candy,pure sugar and colourants and E-numbers and VERY VERY VERY bad for you....they mostly come from seaside towns and often have the name of the town through the middle of the stick,so for instance you can eat 'TENBY' Tenby being a Seaside town in Wales,where I may add I was sick through too much alcohol at my cousins wedding... I have just eaten a stick with 'Ilfracombe' written through it....

A quick summary of the day..
1.Spring from bed 10am ..
2.hang up washing in garden.... on the washing lines,not randomly...
3.take Eve to Flora's for the birthday sleepover
4.Whizz into town to get Sara's present it is her birthday tomorrow...
5.have a sit down.
6.Walk pooches with Tit's McGee ...
7.have coffee and a sit down
8.watch the first games of the season of Rugby League... very exciting first game !!!!! not so exciting second game.
9.Bring washing in.
10... now resting......eating popcorn :D

Oh it is my Dads birthday today,but my Dad still runs his own business and worked today so he is coming here tomorrow and I am making him a cake !!!
I think Dad lost hope for me when I used to get welded to my bed as a young teen and claim I could not possibly help clean the car as it was against the law and child slave labour had been abolished....
