Dreamy

I spotted this little girl on the rocks just as the sun shone on her.
I don't think the photo captures the magic of what I could see from where I was sitting on the sand on the beach but I still wanted to share it because it's a little bit of sweet, dreamy-girl magic.

There were quite a few people on the beach: lots of families, lots of people with surfboards yet this little girl looked like a fairy or a ghost.

Richard's got a busy day tomorrow and has to be up at 6.30 to help organise a contest that his shop's sponsoring. As that was supposed to be his day off, he came home early today and we had an hour at Putsborough beach with Tess.

Joel's had what was probably his last day being a "dish-pig" for the summer holidays and Gemma's been in Exeter today, but I have insisted we all have day together on Monday before school and college start again on Wednesday and Thursday.

Tess made me smile loads today. She said things that remind me of me. I've been thinking recently how it's easier to like yourself if you see similarities in others that you love.

(I wonder if twins with a great relationship are very happy with themselves... )
