Championship Performance

The rugby union season got off to a start today at the London Double header for Harlequins. The first half was so painful, I had my head in my hands for most of it, within 12 minutes of play Wasps were 20-0 up! The score at half time was 28-13 and the beginning of the second half 40-13!
At 56 minutes Quins made three substitutes, one of them Tom Guest made a charge down just after coming on and scored a try, then the tries kept coming! Wasps 40 - Quins 39 and we get a penalty 44 meters out which Nick Evans converted on his 100th appearance for the club to take the final score to 40-42, nice one Quins!

Back at home with curry & a wine, watching the Paralympics, well done Ellie Simmonds!
