New shell species for me

Having spent (wasted?!) large chunks of my life walking along beaches, I thought I knew my shells but came upon this one today.
Posting it on the local naturalists facebook page and within an hour, an identification appeared. For those who didn't spot it, Scaphander lignarius is the answer or for those without a classical education Woody Canoe-bubble. Should have spotted it!
