Beautiful Day

I'm off work all this week and the weather is just super. I haven't done too much but relax and do some things around the house. I got ambitious today and made homemade lasagna and stuffed shells. An all day project, but enjoyed it. I delivered some pans to friends and have enough left for our New Years Day dinner with the kids and grandkids.
