Courtyard to-do in progress

Our courtyard was looking tired and old and we went and got plants and were in the process of redoing our courtyard when the board president came and stopped our work until we got board approval. So we staged all the plants and filled out a work order and have to get board approvals before commencing. What an ordeal to try and beautify a space. Ah, well! We try to be good neighbors.
