Day 061/17. An unusual lunchtime.

An unusual lunchtime today loading a ladder in the car and then climbing into a strangers loft. A survey had shown internal roof support damage and we needed to inspect it a little closer to find out if the surveyor was covering his backside or if there is a real issue.
As you can see, yes, there is an issue, but the reality is that it has probably been there many years. After all the house is over 100 years old.
