Leaving The Comfort Zone !

-This is from Hospital ABC from 1916 First World War .
I have been thinking all day which book to choose and as I had to pop up to the hospital for a few tests I thought this one would be a good idea .

My brother has told me  recently that it  is good to do something out of your 'comfort zone'  every day !
U is for Ultra sound- waiting in the Ante natal / Ultrasound dept of the local hospital was right out of my comfort zone - nervous mothers to be  and partners / baby TV -as well as sitting for ages after having drunk 'gallons' of water   !!!
Then on into a darken room .
Well I survived  phew !!!!
