Look into the light. Don't look at the players, you'll get upset. Don't look at the pitch, newly laid and looking great but it won't stop you being upset. Don't look at the result, sure it's an upset but Ross County were bound to win here eventually. Don't look at the replays either, no point in prolonging the pain. Upsets pass.
