Not a flipping good one

Pancake day - we ate some very tasty pancakes, accompanied by a smidgeon of caster sugar and some lemon juice. I couldn't get a decent shot of C flipping them though - and I forgot to get any until the last pancake. Hence - a pancake in a pan.
Still on catch-up mode I'm afraid - and haven't yet got to the point of being able to comment or even do many replies.
