La Nouvelle Maraitaine

This used to be an old folks home; I remember it being built and after he was widowed my dad lived there. Then they knocked it down and built super swanky flats for the the aged and the vulnerable. It has an beauty salon, restaurant, fee wifi and we use the training room for our PhotoShop group.
It's a really great place, I certainly wouldn't say no to a flat there but I'm very grateful that I don't need one.
