Faded but still beautiful

The Spring flowers are such a delight.  It is a beautiful sunny but cold day today and the HG is off on a recce for the club, six guys, they didn't need me......I have a busy day planned at home, but first of all I went up to the local shop for a paper and a few bits and bobs.  On the way I photographed some of the lovely spring flowers out in our area, and I liked this, particularly as we don't have it in our garden.  A bit over, but nice just the same.

Now I am going to make some Brazilian Sweet Potato soup, and then I have an ironing, then I have to write out a shopping list for tomorrow......and I hope to fit in a walk in the afternoon. 

And dancing tonight..... the HG won't make it though as he will be late home.
