Happy pancake day.

New house means new traditions. Our first one set by Gemma is that she comes for dinner on a Tuesday. I had a message from her first thing saying how excited she was about pancake day so I didn't want to dissapoint. The problem was we didn't have weighing scales so I had to use cups and I also discovered after the first attempt that we don't have a non stick frying pan! After trying several different pans we finally found one that worked and they were actually pretty good.
I've had a lovely night with Gem even if she did nearly have to witness Stu being killed by a mirror falling off he wall.
