snow flurry

There was a bizarre snow flurry this morning - a few centimetres came down and settled, only to disappear an hour or so later. Jess (the most exceptional childminder) hadn't got wellies for the children (none of us had thought to send them) so gathered up some snow and let the boys play a Dino snow game! Zeke was very happy with this, especially as she also created blue snow. I'm so grateful for Jess, Zeke spends three days a week with her and he has non-stop fun.

We started the prayer course at church tonight - all of the separate groups are coming together to do the 6 week course over Lent. I enjoyed week one. Tomorrow Lent begins - I'm taking up a new habit of daily exercise. Interested to see how I get on.
