New model, new records

Decided to get one so I can keep a daily track of my BP as I have been doing.

Good news from the doctors yesterday is that my average over the last few days has proved that my BP is normal. White coat syndrome was mentioned which I think does play a part of my high readings at the surgery.

Desmond Diabetes meet today which was productive & interesting.

So we'll see how we get on. All being recorded on my Samsung S Health.
