View to the East

Looking east from Bearsden over Glasgow towards the other side of Scotland. The snowy hills are located in the Pentland Hills Regional Park near Edinburgh about 50 miles away.  After a day of heavy rain yesterday the clarity today is exceptional. The extras include a closer shot of this scene with the 75-300 zoom at maximum. The 3rd shot shows the local landscape from Boclair Road, Milngavie looking north to the Campsie Hills. Across the field below the Allander Walkway, that dissects the picture, there are signs of the previous day's downpours.
