Victoria Plums

Our first pick of plums this year.The tree is laden with them and should keep us in plum jam for at least 6 months.Jam making always reminds me of Philip Larkins poem 'An April Sunday brings the snow'.A great poem.
Overcast most of the day.Spent most of it pottering around.Some herbs sown and lettuce.
