Maximum 10 Hours Parking

I wasn't really expecting a sea serpent to jump over the wall ... and I wasn't expecting to see many traffic wardens either ... I was, however, expecting to get a bit wet ... but luckily, despite the sea smashing against the wall and leaping twenty feet into the sky, the wind was also blowing it back out the way it came ... :o)
