Altercation

I think the guy on the left and the guy in the middle may have run into each other on their bikes. Chinese people tend to get a little fired up when that happens. The guy on the right was trying to settle them down and send them on their way. I didn't get to see if it all ended peacefully because the lights changed and I crossed the street.
